What is the return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
How to care for your artwork?
Each piece is made to last for generations with a little thoughtful care. A few simple guidelines will help your artwork stay as beautiful as the day it arrived.
Keep it out of direct light. Avoid hanging your print in direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure can affect colour over time. Soft, indirect light is always best.
Mind the environment. Steer clear of spots directly beneath air conditioning vents, near heaters, or in rooms prone to humidity, dryness, or sudden temperature shifts — bathrooms and kitchens are best avoided. A stable, climate-controlled space will keep your print looking its best for decades.
Dust gently. Use a soft, clean, dry microfibre cloth to lightly dust the frame and surface as needed. Avoid sprays, polishes, or damp cloths, as these can damage the finish.
Hanging your artwork. We strongly recommend engaging a professional picture hanger, particularly for larger works. Many of our pieces are substantial in weight and require appropriate wall fixtures and secure mounting. If you're hanging it yourself, please use fixtures rated for the weight of your piece and, where possible, anchor into a wall stud for peace of mind.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
