Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your print. If something isn't quite right, our 14-day return policy gives you time to decide — you have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be returned in the same condition it was received: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin a return, please get in touch with us at hello@ykphotoart.com.au. If your return is approved, we'll send you full instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your print is damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@ykphotoart.com.au so we can assess the issue and make it right.


Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification. As above, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return has arrived back with us, we'll inspect it and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen your refund, please contact us at hello@ykphotoart.com.au and we'll look into it straight away.
